Please note this Help Centre is for the main webstore only (edsheeran.com/store). The Customer Services team that reply to the contact form from this help centre are only able to help with orders from the main store. How do I use the webstore?
> To order a Product click on the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ / ‘PRE-ORDER’ icon next to the relevant Product icon on screen.
> You will then be taken to the Basket screen, which displays the Product(s) you selected.
> Once you have checked your basket, you should then click on the “PROCEED” button.
At this point, you will be taken to a screen where you must either log in if you have previously registered with the store, or select ‘GET ME STARTED’ to enter your billing and delivery address and also add any additional notes to your order.
> The delivery label is automatically generated from the address you type into your delivery details when you place your order, so you are responsible for getting this right. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you have entered your address incorrectly.
> Click on the “PROCEED” button and you will be taken to the Order Summary page, which contains a summary of your order. You can then select a Delivery Method, enter a Promotional Code if you have one.
> Click on the “PROCEED” button and you will be taken to the Payment page. Enter your payment details. If you are happy to confirm your order, click on the “PROCEED” icon, and your payment card details will be submitted to our payment services provider for secure processing. You may then be asked to confirm a few security details from your credit card/bank service via the 3D Secure service.
> Once your payment has been securely processed, you will be taken to the Order Receipt Confirmation screen. Take a note of the ORDER REFERENCE number in case you need to contact customer services.
The information on this screen will also be emailed to you at the email address you provided earlier.
> On the Order Confirmation screen you will also be asked if you would like to create a Store account to Save your address details for next time - this is very quick - you will only need to create a password to do this. If there is a Members Area on the website, you may also be asked if you would like to become a full member of the website - to create both a Store account and a full Members Area profile to get access to exclusives and other website benefits.
