We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process. We are working really hard behind the scenes to try and do everything we can to make sure that tickets end up in the hands of genuine fans.
How much are the ‘’face value’’ tickets?
Official ticket prices are divided into more categories from 1.600-2.300 CZK.
What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
Personalization
In order to put a stop to the secondary ticketing market, absurd prices and fan rip-offs, the tickets are sold personalized, which means that the name of the ticket purchaser is printed on the tickets. At the time of admission, at least the surname printed on the ticket must correspond with the identity document to be presented, the second (and possibly third and fourth) person only receives access at the same time as the person issuing the identity card. Upon request, proof of booking must also be provided.
That means: When buying tickets, each of your tickets will be personalized with your name. At the entrance to the show, your (maximum of three) accompaniments will only be shared with you.
The promoter reserves the right to check IDs for verification at the entrance to the venues. Please bring a valid ID document and get into the venue together with your friends and family you bought the tickets with.

You are entitled to buy 4 personalized tickets per person.

One person is entitled to buy 4 personalized tickets. Your friends and/or relatives (if more than 3) would have to complete a separate transaction with a separate credit / debit card
Can I buy tickets as a gift?
Yes, you can - if you already know who will be gifted, as you will have to personalize the ticket with their name.
What are the entry requirements?

What are the age restrictions?
The event attendees may be adults, minors over the age of 16 and other minors who didn’t turn 16 before or on a day of event accompanied by an adult guardian with an official ID and also holding a valid personalized ticket. Organizer will verify the documents including the age of attendees at the entrance to the event.
Are cameras allowed?
No cameras or any other professional audio or video recording devices are not allowed.
I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?
The organizer undertakes to consider the possibility of changing personal data on personalized tickets for an additional fee. At the same time, the Organizer reserves the right not to approve the change of personal data. For changing personal data on a ticket, please contact the relevant tickets seller.
I can’t find my confirmation email?
Please contact the relevant ticket seller. You will be asked to provide relevant information to confirm your personal data.
How early should we turn up?
Since the ID will be verified with punters ID, please do not wait till the last moment as you may miss. Try to be there at the time of the gates opened.
I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?
We will give you an official refusal of entry letter and you can then attempt to claim a refund from the secondary ticket site you used. Please go back to the website concerned and refer to any promises or guarantees made at the time of the purchase.

A few further tips on the ticket buying process
If you buy more than one ticket, it is better to personalize them all on your name – thanks to this you may take to the show any person you want without repersonalization.
Make sure you type your/others name with proper spelling.
In case you plan to change your last name (i.e. marriage), make sure you keep copy of your previous ID to present at the entrance.
