Tickets personalization

Official ticket-sellers will offer only tickets in form of an online purchase (no physical ones at the sales points)(see Where should I buy my “face value” tickets?).

In order to put a stop to the secondary ticketing market, re-selling and rip-offs, the tickets are sold personalized. Which means that name and surname of the ticket purchaser is printed on the tickets. While process of purchasing, please make sure your name is typed correctly.

At the time of admission to the concert, a name and surname printed on the ticket must correspond with the valid identity document to be presented (passport, ID card or driver's licence). Upon request, proof of booking (bank statement or payment receipt) must also be provided.

Since purchase for one person is limited to 4 tickets only (when buying tickets, each of your tickets will be personalized with your name), at the entrance to the show, your (maximum of three) accompaniments will receive access at the same time as the person providing the identity document.

Identity document

Any of the following ones with valid expiration date: passport, ID-card or driver’s licence.

What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?

Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value (see How much are the “face value” tickets?) and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy tickets at face value.

In order to prevent these described actions, tickets are sold personalized (see Tickets personalization) and purchase for one person is limited to 4 tickets maximum. In case you can't / are not willing to attend the event anymore and would like to sell your ticket(s), please see I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?

Please go back to the website concerned and refer to any promises or guarantees made at the time of the purchase.
