The performer and organiser are actively working against the unethical secondary ticketing and resale, where fans have to pay excessively high ticket prices and risk being ripped off. For your security, the concert has personal, digital mobile / smartphone tickets.
Tickets for this concert are sold only through Ticketmaster.se and the Ticketmaster app. Tickets purchased second-hand outside Ticketmaster will not be valid for this concert.

What if my ticket cannot be scanned in the entrance?
Ticket service at the arena will be able to help.
What else are you doing to combat the secondary market?
Your mobile phone number is linked to your ticket order. Your tickets are linked to both your account with your chosen ticket agent AND your mobile phone number. This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via official face-value resale channels then the mobile phone number will not be linked to the ticket(s) and you will be refused entry to the venue.
What we are fighting against is unregulated persons deceiving fans or forcing them to pay more than face value for tickets.
